Very cool, loved the font and the fire-like effects, I think that’s neat. Only issue I have is that is his phase transition cutscene but has none of his second phase in the edit. My suggestion (if you’re open to any) would to have some of his second phase flicker in and out with the final shot at the end. Since it’s flickering with the darkness already, I feel like easing that in with this shot in particular would be cool. But regardless of my idea, it’s already a very good edit

nope, the baldachin blessing remove 5% of your HP as long as it's in your inventory, using it boost poise for a short time. When the buff end, you'll get your max hp back and you'll need to get hugged by fia to obtain a new one.
The radian blessing is a better version without a debuff but it's a 1 per run consumable

Yea I used blocks to OS certain sequences that Malenia does. Where she does a fast unreactable attack or a slightly slower attack where dodging gets you hit. Blocking allowed me to block the fast attack and still react to the slow one.
She's one of the only bosses in the game where blocking is actually a good idea even tho she heals from it.

I agree, I think that Elden Ring would have a vastly improved combat system if deflect and parry were options available to all weapons at all times, and was a part of the players normal defensive options like jump and roll.

Parry is a little lame in how it trivialises some enemies while being completely useless against others.
Blocking is similar considering that many many enemies completely crush guard on a single hit.
Deflecting hardtear vastly improves blocking gameplay to me tho.

Deflect is the option granted to you by the deflecting hardtear. It's what happens when you block at the last second before an attack connects. The game calls it spontaneous guard in the item description, but it's the same deflect option from Sekiro.

Some weapons have very good stats for blocking and you should definitely do it against some enemies if yoy have one of those weapons.

The Solitary Moon Greatsword has some of the best blocking stats in the entire game for a non-shield weapon.

That is the Arena for a boss fight, not an area to explore. You need to activate the Radahn Festival by progressing some quests or making it further in the game. You've already made it to redmane castle in the south I can see which is where you'll start the boss fight when you're ready. That entire eastern section of Caelid is called the Caelid Wilds and it's just a very large arena for a boss

Yes, the duo of the misbegotten and the crucible knight. There's a shardbearer fight though after them. In order to fight the boss called Radahn, you'll need to rest at any site of grace in Altus Plateau. Have you been through liurnia of the lakes yet completely? Or just limgrave + Caelid

I've not done any area completely just fought bosses and touched any graces i found, i came straight here after beating redmane castle boss cuz i thought there'd be a stairway to go down the cliff. I want to unlock the spirit summon from wardead catacombs and that's why i want to enter that area

Yep, so the Wardead Catacombs are only available after beating the boss in the Caelid wilds.

In order to get into Altus so you can activate the boss, get both of the halves of the Dectus Medallion from these 2 forts. I can see on your map you've already been to fort Faroth, have you also been to fort Haight south of the mistwood? I circled them in red

Okay, take them here, in Liurnia of the Lakes. That is the Grand Lift of Dectus

By taking that lift you'll ride up into Altus Plateau, and literally rest at any site of grace you can find in that area.

The way Radahn works is that he can only be fought once you activate his "festival" and the easiest way to do that is just rest at any site of grace in Altus

Once you activate the festival by doing that, simply just teleport back to redmane castle and you'll be able to fight him
