Try substituting Milady with a thrusting weapon like a rapier, heavy thrusting sword or some sort of spear. You can attack while keeping your shield raised which will help mitigate damage. No you kinda have to get lucky and get underneath one but I think there is something like a physic tear or talisman that lets u dodge it

but @zealous loom tbf i have very very good reaction speed, from years of boxing and playing sekiro, so this way might not be consitent for everyone

and no, you don't need to go underneath. the key is to dodge first 2 hits with one roll

I have't seen it, but yes it's absolutly busted in pvp. it has UGS hyperarmor while having almst the same damage and immaculte movest. And yesterday patch also buffed it's aow and now it has a true combo and roll catch
