99 in everything will take literally forever.

You can probably get away with just going for that 50-60 in each for your goals.

which is the recomended amount to put

Basically after 20, the gains towards damage in that stat goes down relative to the next one.

The first 20 levels will be the largest increase to damage, the next 35 will be a medium increase, the 25 after that will be marginal, and the 19 after 80 are generally worthless and it is better to increase another stat

Vigor is generally not worth levelling after level 60 for example because instead of like 10-20 hp a level from 40-60 its like 3 or 5
