You can also flask when he does the grab. Just roll right. Then you can also flask when he jumps if you roll the tail whip and move to his right side. If you stand in front of him he will do an extra attack. So you have to be behind the neck on his right side where his leg is missing. Kind of the safe space for this boss.

I think the bosses have issues though, many of them have what I call "nuclear explosions" where there's flames or lightning going everywhere and it is legitimately difficult to track what is going on

I think you did quite well there :). I'd say don't listen to your friends simply because from software games are enjoyed when you figure everything out by yourself.

Both the story with spoilers and lore and such, but it especially kills the experience if you just search up or ask a friend how to beat a boss.

What makes these games fun are these 3 hour long boss fights where you struggle and die and learn and die and learn and die and finally beat the boss.

I myself play the game without healing potions because imo it's too easy then for me because I'm the type of guy to play every side quests known to man before even touching the first main quest, so I'm just overleveled for everything if I can have heals as a crutch.

I don't want to give you tips because you figuring stuff out on your own is exactly what makes it fun and special, though I will say to be sure to pay attention to what NPCs say, and read item descriptions if you want to make out even the slightest bit of the story.

I can also say that "Side quests" and "NPC questlines" don't function so opaque like in other games where you talk to an NPC and the game explicitly tells you that you've started a side quest.
In here, you just talk to an NPC and progress their storyline by things like fullinging their wish, giving them something or just talking to them.

Well it was not first try I was trying to get no hit video and take me few shot to make it , sometime it was bugging when it do the jump attack and reset to attack position immediately , or the screaming attack when going to attack earlier some health decrease .

I don't get people that say, "the bosses have no openings," when either they roll when they should just attack, roll away when they should run in, attack when they should dodge, and jump heavy attack when they should do a light attack instead.

They have a million openings, you just need to stop being a coward and figure out which attacks you can jump, which strings have delays, and when their string actually ends.

Giaus isn't hard, his dodging hit box is just tight. Even his combo string with his bore can be easily handled if you dodge away and then into him. The bosses movements in this game are tailored around punishing panic rolls and also around countering heavy jump attacks, meaning you actually have to mix in light attacks instead. Somehow that hasn't crossed many people's minds, they still think they're playing the base game

Romina's butterfly attack is undodgeable while in close range, Metyr's double rotating lazers, at least the first one, is undodgeable (tested it many times with different strategies), those two that I can remember for now

No, if she dives into you leaving a butterfly trail, you dodge to the left or right. The AOE actually has a ring where there's no butterflies close to her, which indicates trying to run away will only get you punished.

At 1:02 you perfectly dodged that AOE. Around the boss is a bunch of exploding butter flies, where you're standing is the dead zone, and immidately behind you is more butterflies that would've punished you if you panic retreated

IDK why you're complaining you seem to have navigated it the way the developers intended. Stick close, but not ontop of her and don't run away in a panic.
