To use bloodlame blade you have to set the ash of war to keen so i would probably remove the points you have in arcane and dump them into dex (you need 10 arcane to use bloodflame blade)

arcane makes them bleed faster, dex makes the physical damage higher but you should get 60 vig and a bit more mind or endurance bc it's helpful to have a bloody uchi in your left hand bc if the 100+ buildup
