@snow stone this is my pure FAI 150 coop bossfighter build for example. the weapons and talismans shown are just the heaviest combination of all the various stuff I actually use, to prove the load. This build has more than enough STR for its weapons and it ignores poise, so you could definitely shift some points around from STR or MIND into END if you want to wear heavier armor.

ok and this is not meant to be a cookie cutter "everythign exactly as shown here" bc this is showing my light armor which I prefer for fashion and also as I said the combination of weapons and talismans is just the heaviest stuff among what I use;
but the idea is 80 FAI, use weapons on flame art and/or sacred which have low enough requirements for however much STR and DEX you can afford; and the 80 FAI also makes for very powerful incantation casting

I have the luxury of enough time in the game to have LOTS of maxed out weapons, I recognize that will not be the case while you are playing through

but you can totally pick one or two favorite weapons to upgrade as you go and still work them like this
