ok just captured this for you in coop-- Its a sloppy attempt (I get hit by the opening breath which should be free damage, and again by the nebula sweep), and ofc its different in coop than soloing bc the other cooperator is also contributing good damage w spiral shard, and Im not targetted by every single attack. but you can see when/how Blackflame Tornado is used. Also notice that when I start a cast and cant finish it, I cancel tornado with a dodge-roll. forgive the video quality this is using the playstation's built-in capture

They patched it, there is apparently a new way to do it though but I've only heard one person talking about it tbh.
Use exploding physic, time the jump right and the explosion covers the distance to the ledge.
Could be wrong info though so it would be easier to just kill the godskin noble and go the long way around

Yeah, you’re better off just killing the noble. Sleep pots and a high poise damaging weapon and it isn’t too difficult
