It was very late game in my first run through that I figured out dodging towards the enemy is a good idea. Radahn fight was way easier than I remember it being, and I did it without summons that time.

Tried moonveil with the excuse of 'pretend this is buffed version of my character' and replaced my unsheathe katana with it. Didn't do much better. Decent for the snake, but I can do snake in 3 minutes now without any FP use so that's kinda redundant. Barbaric roar on nagakiba is a favorite atm because it's solving the lava poise issue. Get in there, roar, heavy away at his butt and the attack poises through the lava and hits multiple times for status effect bonus. 🙂

Beast roar/vacuum slice are the only ranged ashes that I'm willing to use for the character build, and vacuum ain't making the cut, so beast roar has been a great addition. 🙂

Not my greatest play ever, I'm normally a bit better at phase 1 and I just got smacked around alot in phase 2 so it was a pretty unsatisfying victory, but still. I tried an edit for the Oni form change, thought it was cool:) Didn't plan ahead too well for it unfortunately, but I intend to do them for Elden Beast and Malenia second phase too.

Elden Beast edit will be easy, my intention is to just play Radagon alot until I get a no hit/minimal hit run with 3 parries on him, cause that'll be satisfying af, and then once I get a clip of her stomping infront of the Elden Beast in her 'normal form' I'll just go bully Radagon with the Oni form and then actually fight the Beast with it. I'm enjoying the process of editing clips despite not being all that great at it. 🙂

Ok. After countless tries, i learnt to dodge waterfowl at point blank but not without damage tho. Could survive and i could repeat the performance without buffs, with med load and 45 vigour. So ill just share the knowledge if its going to be useful to you guys. So, when she jumps, the first step is to follow her right folded leg. Look at her feet (sole) and move around staying at her backside. Make sure you continue to do that until she starts attacking. She'll follow you as well but you maintain that stance. You are facing the feet ie the sole. The next step when she starts to leap, no matter how hard you try you cant continue doing that cuz she'll quickly face towards your direction and its instant death. At this time, you dodge into. The camera goes nuts during this time, so watch out. the next is dodge into and the third is simply walk right and left to feint and back step. Thats it.

Literally just found the most badass magic related theme I could find and it gave me "Wizard and Dragon" so I said fxck it and threw it on there. Unironically think Loretta is one of the most enjoyable bosses in the entire game. I thought she was annoying in my first playthrough but she's got such a nice moveset, a couple moves are nice and easy to parry too. With a curved sword parry, at that Plenty of fails later on but we'll get to that at some other point when I make the final edit. Still need to beat her.

Still working on Malenia but I'm honestly just enjoying fighting her. Fun af boss fight especially when I've got a functional parry. Loving mixing in the trolls roar without it feeling too cheese too. Just a genuinely fun big slam move.

I've been loving strafing back from her kick move, it feels like a free attack for me now.

It's honestly more manageable than you think, just gotta make sure you don't trigger both of their second phases at the same time 🙂

Best to deal with the spear Knight first since it has a ranged attack, Ordovis will just sit by and watch half if not most of the time.
