idk man other than the usual stuff of telling people to just keep drawing theres not much i can say
i guess the method of how ive gotten better is just improving things one at a time (Lineart, Coloring, shading, backgrounds etc). Improving aspects one at a time is a much more tangible method for me since you get really good at alot of things and it all comes together at some point to make a really good artwork. Another thing ill add in is to just not be afraid to experiment, not only with your artstyle, but with the tools you have available you, especially digital, there are a million tools and tricks you can do to make your art alot better and not have to be so stressed about it (for example, 3d modelling), its not about making art too easy, its about making great art faster and with alot less stress

Actually that takes more time, you have no idea how many test prints failed , but i do that also that way since either way it's easier to reproduce them eventually

And still I have to sculpt them , just different medium , I'm after art academy so I kind of grew over that traditional approach
