nice, that makes it waay easier. There should be Stls for mando armor on thingiverse, so you could print that and put an epoxy on it so it doesnt get shattered by bbs, or print in in PLA and cast aluminum

i say pla cause you can just cover the print in the magic kinect sand (or actual casting sand, just something that will stay toghether while it cools) and pour the molten alumium straight in and it will melt the pla

only thing you might want to try is that aluminum might be too brittle cast, so you could maybe mix some tin to make it a bit stronger, or maybe heat treat it in an oven, though ive never tried either
