Little weapon idea i made while high on meds.
Weapon lore: shotel imbued by ice lightning used in dragonkin rituals and as catalysts to hold their uncontrolled ligtning powers, causes frost buildup and deals split physical/ lightning dmg. The nox feared the warriors who wielded these weapons known as dragonkin assasins being highly agile and deadly from any range. Unlike dragonkin soldiers these assasins didnt aspire to fully become dragons, instead used their rituals to have their strenght and ice lightning wielding (but inheriting small features like claws and blue reptilian like eyes).
