A post rot Radahn though? That would require the Radahn who is infected with the rot to be brought back to life and cured, which sounds wayyy too extreme to happen. If they went with a "travel back in time" thing, then I could see pre-rot Radahn maybe being a thing, but I don't think that'll happen / hope the "time travel to the past" thing doesn't happen. The only way a post-rot Radahn would be possible is if the DLC allows you to work with Miquella to cure Radahn in a new game where you haven't "completed" stuff yet.

I think Melina might be a "nameless" demigod (one of the ones that "died" on the Night of the Black Knives). If she was, then, seeing as how the Rune of Death was involved, that could explain why she is "bodiless" but still alive. Her body died that night but for reasons we don't know yet, her soul survived. Similar to what happened to Ranni. That might even explain the eye connection between the two; going through that might leave that as a mark. It explains both Marika being her mother and her not really being known; the whole deal with the nameless demigods was that they weren't known due to them not really amounting to anything. And the "purpose" she talks about her mother giving her in the Erdtree might be the speech that Marika said to her children and Melina recited to us: "Hear me, Demigods. My children beloved. Make of thyselves that which ye desire. Be it a Lord. Be it a God. But should ye fail to become aught at all, ye will be forsaken. Amounting only to sacrifices..." And the "amounting only to sacrifices" even fits with her sacrificing herself for us to become Elden Lord.
