Hat looks fine to me, it fits the head, but mutes the shape as it should, and it's looks like it's a thicker hat, which fits the character. I think the one note is that it looks like it bends sharply at the top and falls flat, which doesn't follow with it being a thicker hat, but I figured maybe the rest is just behind the head. Hope this helps :)

For sure, I think the only thing would be to make the end of the hat sit at a higher, more visible angle to maintain the perceived thickness

Ranni's is bad because while the Outer Gods are gone, now Ranni has full control and I already mentioned how bad that is above in this same message.
