Once you learn it, it’s pretty easy to dodge through even with normal roll.

I mean you could look up most of Malenia’s no hit no damage fights, though they usually use bloodhound step for that. Personally I’m fine with getting clipped once or twice by it, you run from the first, dodge through the second, then move to the side to avoid the third.

There is tutorial videos on how to dodge it consistently too, but obviously I can’t post it. No hit players spend hours grinding away at a boss to do it no hit and that’s her most dangerous attacks, but it’s clearly they have consistent methods to dodge through it and while you don’t need to “no hit” a boss, you can still use their strategies despite how they aren’t an average player. You don’t need to be someone who’s top tier to use the strategy another person used to get away from an attack with not taking any hits. It’s seriously not that bad of an attack once you know it, I do think it is incredibly crazy on your first fights though.

This is just my opinion as a guy who’s helped others kill Malenia over 8 times now and has killed her 3 times myself on three separate characters.

If you’re feeling like having an endurance test with her, you can block the entire flurry attack if you’re spaced out appropriately.

Her attacks seem to follow the visible arcs more than the actual location of the weapon. So it is possible to get hit from behind while blocking.
