the amount of equip load you get from level 25 endurance is around 72, allowing you to get to 50 before heavy load with the great jars arsenal you get to around 60 equip load so you should be fine by just changing you gloves or something

Bit late to the party but your weapon is a C and C in Str and Dex and you are beyond the soft cap for Strength points which is 40 (any point invested past 40 has diminishing returns except in intelligence).
You're at 20 in Dex which makes it inefficient in terms of maximizing damage.
You can respec and drop your Strength to around 40 while adding the extra points to either vigor to try and reach 40 in that or in Dex to gain a bit more damage, whichever you prefer.
You can also drop a point or two from your endurance to also get a little more vigor or dex if you prefer.

In essence you will gain more scaling damage for every point you invest in Dex under 40 in comparison to Strength points invested that go over 40 since the scaling is equal.

Oh man, I'm always the one forced to chaperone my friends when we do Fromsoft co-op because I'm always way further than them and the only one who actually plays PvP so whenever they wanna do some co-op and someone invades they're afraid to jump them with me because no PvP experience and usually the invaders get to be stronger because one of us (me) is higher level than them so they have me 1v1 them while they run off and get lost on the way to the area boss. Sure it's consistent that she becomes immune to flinching or poise breaking on frame one of half her attacks but that doesn't make it good. It's ridiculous that the light and dexterous sword master can just face tank any attack from any weapon just because she's doing a side step. Besides situations like like the flower attack where the hyper armor means you can land multiple ranged attacks that would otherwise knock her over how exactly can this be used in the players favor?

And sure it's consistent on a technical level but it practice it can be unpredictable. In both these clips I have her in what should be a perfect opening but because her hyper armor is instantaneous and unbreakable it turns into close calls with the most punishing attacks. This is why it's unfair especially to heavy weapons.

your clips arent any fault of malenia but instead your careless play by using very slow weapon arts without waiting for malenia to use waterfowl in the first place. the hyperarmor is not an issue at all as half the time it leads to a heavy punish which you can easily exploit through practice to shut down most of her combos. playing effectively isnt a matter of spamming r1 but positioning and understanding her potential mix ups and heavy weapons play exactly the same as others just with slightly less wiggle room that they instead make up for big poise damage to lead to a riposte

I did pvp with some friends last night, now I'm trying a solo queue-

I don't don't know what to tell you other than I just disagree. Malenia shouldn't be able to jump into waterfowl while taking a heavy hit from a colossal weapon, it's just silly. I'm not spamming anything, I'm waiting for her last move in the chain to land a big hit. That worked just fine every other time during the fight, just those times rng said no she's immune now. We all know why the hyper armor is the way it is with her. Without it you could combo lock her like any other human sized enemy in the game but they wanted her to be the hardest boss despite that. So they made half of her attack unstoppable which is the lamest way I think they could have gone about it. Imagine if landing a hit on her was actually hard like in Sekiro, where she would deflect and dodge attacks until you wore her down or found an opening. Instead landing a hit on her is easy, in fact she'll just let you half the time, but then she'll tank the hit and damage trade. It's why I find her so disappointed in her fight, she doesn't feel like the most skilled sword master around she's a sloppy attack spammer who crutches on hyper armor, life steal and a massive hp pool.

that is fine as your opinion but malenia is simply complicated and requires a lot of practice to get down. the most important parts are spacing and frequency of attacks as its ideal to attack from your furthest range as it places you in the best spot to attack and also react to whatever move she starts doing as you are further so something like wfd is much more easily reactable and attacking should be minimized to ensure you dont get animation locked into a bad trade. if she hops left its a free hit, if she blocks to back off its either a triple slash to dodge and hit or the lunge which you can jump attack, hop to the right is a dodge or if youre even better you can get her to do the flip combo and punish at the end. this applies to every weapon besides ones that rely on short heavy atacks which should only be used if you can do close range wfd dodges reliably. the lifesteal is a highly overrated aprt of the fight as she heals less than your hits and the only big heals are from slow attacks with lots of windup like the lunge, grab, wfd, etc. as an example of your weapons royal greatsword's weapon art is one with slow movement which doesent allow for stunlock unlike something like double slash and just shouldnt be used unless for very specific punishes like the flower and black blade should only be used if malenia is stance broken or riposted. otherwise youre fully set to just fight normally
