Actually learning how parries work is overpowered, guard counters are overpowered as they are unironically free exploration once you're built (though the same can also be accomplished with lifesteal fist and creulean dagger), Moghs Sacred Spear is OP for similar reasons of turning the act of exploration into a walking tour.
