The one compalint I have with Elden Ring and most Fromsoft games is pretty much everything is ruins... it's so bleak and lifeless. Sure I love exploring ruins and figuring out what happened but damned From its been 5 games now!

looking up fantasy madlibs and filling them in is a very good way to get story flow going, which I think for me stems from the fact that many stories begin relatively formulaically.
