Hey! I started playing Elden Ring yesterday and I’ve only got about 2 hours in so far (I’m pretty new to this type of game 😅).

I’m playing on controller but I don’t feel fully comfortable with the default layout. Right now I’m using:

• LT → sprint
• RT → jump
• RB → skill
• A → interact
• B → use item (heal)
• X → light attack
• Y → heavy attack

I’m not sure if I should just switch back to the default controls and get used to them, or if this layout could work long term.

What would you recommend for a beginner? Stick to default, or is there a better controller setup you suggest?
