this includes killing an enemy, opening a door, interacting with something, using one item in not a boss arena, activating a site of grace, fighting and defeating a boss, talking to an NPC and exhausting their dialogue completely, resting at a site of grace, doing what you want like leveling up, using ash of war, talking to melina/ranni etc
