As far as I researched the main points for that are ofcourse connections with other shelters & farms. Fitting room for each animal, right temperature, food and everything that they specific need. Quarantine section for sick animals to rest. Contracts with local animal doctors. Courses for opening a farm etc and two separate licenses that I'll need from the city. Funding model will be donations, I'll need to talk to my notary but I'll roughlybe happy to give 7.5-10K a month from my own funding. There are also some clubs and state centered support that you'll get when you have those licenses
