so for a keen swordspear at +25 with 60 dexterity it would be the 312.55 (baseAP) + (312.55 (baseAP) * 1.68 (scaling) * 0.75 (saturation)) = 706.363 total ap
the scaled attack power is a combination of the weapons base attack power, scaling and attribute saturation which equals 393.813
