Just seems weird that they wouldn’t follow any lore especially when they already have finalized space costumes. Wouldn’t be surprised if they just didn’t realize till it was too late to reanimate. The trailer is actually really nice though.

It's not. The portal they encountered the very first time has electrocuted them into giving them space powers. All the other times they went to Space is pretty normal.

It's also worth mentioning that the pigs we see in Space are different from the ones we see in Piggy Island. The Official Guide states that the first set space pigs were launched by a submarine long ago and corrupted space ever since. The punchline? Some of the pigs look identical to the Piggy Island but others have three eyes, one eyes and stuff.

Overall, you're doing fine it's just AB 2 has no choseive plot in canon. It's just there for gameplay reasons rather than being apart of the canon.

That's a pattern I noticed in stuff like Friends and 2

Guess the "screw gravity" proved to be harmful when you consider most birds are only destructive because of momentum , which is hard to maintain in space even with slingshots

B. There was a ton of evidence that the next update is going to be a Space episode, so it might’ve been possible that the next episode would’ve been a homage to the Space event in AB2, (like what happened when Bounce released).

I have a theory… so I’ve thought for a long time that the reason the birds got the costumes and new powers is because of the Eggsteroid, since they birds get zapped by electricity, which seems to also be emitting from the Eggsteroid
(All of which happens in the og ABSpace trailer)

I think the reason why they didn’t get the powers and costumes here is because the Eggsteroid wasn’t there
