Hmmmmm I just recently come up with some lore for my Angry Rangers world and I wanna share it here too lol

Basically I think that the birds have better health care, especially mental therapy than the pigs.

Thanks to Matilda's Anger Management Class, they have more awareness about mental health and therefore they are forming a group that can offer therapy for the population.

kinda thinking about how I don't give the pigs too much spotlight in this au which I will apologize for ehe,,,, mainly cuz there's so much characters to talk about in the roster, that making sure everyone gets to have their piece of cake in the au might mean this story might stretch out to different sub series

It's okay!! I was making a comparison between the birds and pigs society and I found out a little fun headcanon!

The pigs pretty much encouraged their society to be as crude as possible, while the birds value harmony and ethnicity, that's why they pretty much have parties and commemorative days like 365 days a year lmao

But the pigs do throw parties and have holidays too

They're also really friendly and happy, the only issue is their oblivious behavior and overpopulation

I think that because of their oblivious behavior that the upper parts of the pigs hierarchy often manipulated and bend them to be crude (one strip of comics of Foreman Pig strolling through the slums of pigs dumping waste and beating up and outright stated that he LOVED it)

And what I saw that the pigs suffer reall heavy crowd behavior, meaning that most of them couldn't think for themselves and are prone to being affected by the crowd or the authorities

So exactly what you've said, the pigs are really sweet and friendly bunch, it just that because of their oblivious nature and really vulnerable of external impacts and ideology that they can be crude too

The birds kinda have that too, tbh, they are told to be happy and smile 24/7 in the 1st movie, which is not really healthy for the mind, and most couldn't show any signs of negative emotions, since they have a hard time demonstrating anger and are as easy to scare and fool as the pigs

They lived in a utopia where the odd ones were or either outcasted or sent to Matilda's Anger Management Class

There's even a "free from rage" achievement award for that

That's the point I wanted to make! You can see that their harmony within society is slowly treading on the hill of toxic positivity, to the point of overprotective of said balance and harmony and happiness, and they are very trigger happy to stigmatize troubled individuals and treat them as outcasts that need to be isolated.

There's the things I observed about the bird's holidays: the way the birds do holiday isn't to be celebrating something important, it just because they just want to do holidays, so they created holidays for the most random and mundane things ever (from a AB Movie comics issue)

Make me feel like some rural towns where they pretty much have nothing to do so they just throw parties and holidays for the sake of it.

I mean given the state of canonity of the series I just cherry pick every single information that is convenient for me m and pieces them together lmao

The point is not there isn't holidays, there is too much holidays (Red expressed his annoyance at it when birds have holidays like every single day of the year)

Meanwhile pigs have work jobs (which are too draining), wild parties, holidays, amusement parks and sports events but what I observed that they enjoyed it on their own choice and have a moderate amount of it comparing to the birds.

Of course as I've said I only piece back information that I like and mixed up with my own interpretation for the mess of my unserious Angry Rangers AU so there will be lot of bias and mistakes haha.

December Updates: oh damn,,, so like Chapter 2 is at 50% progress. Which is cool. Might be shorter than the 1st chapter but we'll see. Anyway, Break Point will continue on 2026. 2026 updates: so like hey hi hello. it's me zorooo. normally i give updates to talk about break point's progress and such but like this is a serious conversation. sit down babes let's talk.

id like to share about the fact that as much as im passionate about this au and it's story, i don't think i should connect it as an angry birds au anymore. Break Point has always been a passion project for me to talk about mental health and psychology but with my experiences in the fandom, I feel uncomfortable. I find myself disappointed in myself for letting my negatives in the fandom determine the course of this au but I want to be able to share a story that feels vulnerable and open, honest even.

But that doesn't mean I'll abandon Break Point. I decided to make it its own stand alone story. As a student nurse who wants to work in the psychiatric field, I want to be able to provide a story that can cater to everyone who wants and needs to be heard. So like sorry for being sentimental 🧚‍♂️
