How about a left-handed event? The slingshot is on the right side and you have to launch it to the left. Call it mirror world or something.

All angry birds game in one just blended like one episode is a classic, the other would be an epic style level and so on. Logically, you'd be able to use any bird for any level and that would lead to new abilities for the different types like Epic, Space and Go.
