Add home functionality

I have seen other discord servers use the home function so I was wondering if yall could add the home function to the discord I would use it and im sure other people would use it.

its hard to explain but it has highlights from different channels is like the main directory of a discord server.

Select servers have it

But knowing this is partnered, it's eventually going to be in here
