I dont know if this ps1 version is functioning but a quick try at it
if interesting and you happen to test and it works please let me know!
Love the name
nice, im just now getting the hang of using the Linux CLI to control nodes.
thanks all 🙂
just used this. pretty dope. I will use it to slurp all the nodes my high up repeater saw in the last year.
Glad it’s handy!
I keep lookin at the logic in your bash scripting. This is super cool.
just noticed that when slurping exports yaml, it doesn't get display configs (eg flip display, imperial units )
wait, tell a lie. it did get all the settings but when I did meshtastic --configure blah.yaml none of the settings were written. dumb.
Could be missing from the CLI/API for import?
i don't think any settings but channel url got set though. i had to set the region manually too. And the buzzer pin definition didn't make it over either. weird.
I have also had trouble with settings sometimes not making it over when I do meshtastic --configure file.yaml I think it's inconsistent in which settings do and dont get applied, but I could be wrong about that.
I do know for me, the settings that always need to be manually set are the BT mode and PIN. I cant think of the others right now, unfortunately.
