Blender Plugin Is Not Working

i have already reinstalled both apps, tried different versions and eaven running both apps as admin and still cant find a solution.

reading others on this support channel, i couldn´t find a solution and youtube has nothing to offer. Does anyone has the solution?

close fp, clear the %TEMP%\.net\ folder, re-open fp

ima reinstall it
