I believe that in order for a queue to be implemented in-game; there are 2 solutions:

• force all tournaments in CN and Global to follow the same format and have that baked into the game
• have a "room" system that can be connected to tournament management systems via APIs

the second one is more likely since they wouldn't have to splinter CN and Global clients further, but that's still a lot of work

oh for verification of results, for the most part that is handled automatically via sussy; it'd be frankly insane to actually verify each and every match that happens in an 'open'-ish tourney like this, so we mainly address the rounds that are problematic and are alerted to us via reports

well my last question was rather about Qixing Hotline and all the issues people are getting into (problematic players is the prime example), which could've been solved almost entirely by implementing an automatic in-game queue

and as I already mentioned, this would also eliminate most of the troubles we're having currently regarding queue sniping, win trading, and all the others
just by stripping players out of all the possible identification means

yeaah, that unfortunately i can't rly give a great answer for since anything technical-wise in how the tourney and matchmaking is run is out of my wheelhouse; i do agree that it'd be nice if we can have this all implemented seamlessly in-game rather than just using discord as our main client for support, but as for my part, i can only commit to what we have now in our current structure, and will answer and address as many players' questions/reports as i can via qixing/reports

we usually do have a survey at the end of each season to gauge players' interest and also suggestions/feedback we could perhaps implement or take close consideration on for future tournaments, so if you would like once a new survey comes out, feel free to fill out that form with the suggestions you given me here and it will be sent to those that could have sway on this matter for now, ill also send this feedback (along with a few others ive already seen here) to the TOs, and we'll do our best to accommodate in the meantime ~
