Actually Genshin already add viewer mode for TCG in co-op from v3.8 (in short 1 player in co-op can see 2 others Players playing Tcg)
But too bad they don't even care about hundreds of Noob players do some stupid things in TCG and then crying about their Poor "rewards". They may only use this feature in the Knockout round maybe top 16 players

I'm pretty sure that we don't have enough staff members to spectate those matches - and that's not even mentioning that the spectator has to also moderate the match (hosting the world and inviting players to that world, communicate with players - and hey, what if the players don't speak the same language as the spectator/match moderator?)

HoYoverse does have the match history data, but as I've said, it's likely that the Tavern does not get access to this data until Preliminary Phase is over
