fischl skill does 3 dmg and 3 electro applications, and since every reaction in that deck does 3 dmg, each application is worth 1.5 dmg, slightly worse sine you have to activate it

so 7.5 dmg on that skill kinda

oceanid bird also goes +7.5, squirrel goes +7, frog goes +5.5

assuming you waste no applications and the game lasts that long obviously
