I agree, there's nothing written in the rules right now that says you can't concede, only problem is winner can't get that winning move screenshot. But if the opponent admits their loss where's the issue

the mods will look into it for you, right now it counts as a win, but if it changes, you'll see your score/exp deducted, and your quota returned
