the idea is if you have 3 8 hour blocks, and choose 2, then 2 players would have to overlap on at least one 8 hour block

you could also reduce that down to finer chunks too if you want but you'd want to ensure the overlap

And if you just give your supposed availability to a bot you might still end up playing in an inconvenient time when both the players could have agreed to a time that works well for both

I think in EU server EU time should be prioritized. What comes to my mind is like take EU time and play in their 7PM - 2 AM UTC+2.
Mark this time as more prioritised, and just decide whose time is more acceptable for server time xD:).

They won't always have Boar, Gilded, Tim T1 or any of their combo pieces.
MEW is the best example of RNG meta because if you don't get Liben + Tim on R1 your game plan falls apart really hard but if you DO get it you cook
