What's the good decks for this version?

is this version of heated battle even the pick and bans? I am reading it and it feels like it is a make your own deck. You have to make a special deck to fit the fast action and discounted action card buffs. It would be pretty unfair if your opponent goes in with a regular meta deck and you go in with a deck meant for heated battle.

Like there have been matches that I’ve won not nessicarily by dealing a lot of damage in a single hit, but simply because I have more dice and use Neuv’s charged attack which works for 2 turns
