I would also generally say that people have a right to share their own information as long as it doesn't infringe on another's right to privacy. There's a conflict there, and good judgement should mean erring on the side of caution. Or at the very least, getting permission. If someone's posting without permission, then there's at least a fair chance they're being salty about something. Basically, treat it like sharing screenshots from the friend group chat—probably best just not to.

Imo, competition can never be completely fair. For example, you can argue that less skilled players winning tournaments simply because most of the other skilled players play in other regions is equally unfair.
Let's say CTG doesn't exist and we have one big tournament that includes all 3 regions. If we assume 48 people reach knockout stage, do you really think it will have 16 EU, 16 America and 16 AS players?
You can make an argument that some players playing in two or three regions is unfair, since they have 2x or 3x chances to qualify compared to single-region players, but its not like they are given special privilege to play in multiple regions. Anyone who has time for it is free to do the same.
America server got two times more gold cardbacks than EU server (last year, there were NA and LATAM Prince Cup compared to one EU Prince Cup). That is not fair, so should we take some gold cardbacks from them and give it to EU players? Obviously, no.
If you came to CTG to win, looking for the excuse in invaders won't raise your skill level.
If you came to CTG to have fun, you will be met with meta decks whether or not you meet invaders (This is no longer early TCG scene, where everyone brought their own decks. Meta decks are easily accessible everywhere and many people participating in tournaments obviously want to win)
If you came to CTG to improve, facing invaders will help you more than facing less-skilled players.
If you came to get primogems, you are already wasting time and sanity playing 35 games against whale.
If you came to CTG to get 3 wins for the cardback,... Nvm, you probably don't even know invaders exist
That being said, if you don't like invaders, I fully support voicing your opinion and asking for change. However, I encourage you to voice it in a civil way and not resort to personal attacks. I do think you have a point, but that is the key distinction between one big tournament and 3 separate tournaments.
If you remember Prince Cup Atlantic and Pacific registration requirements, you needed either residence or citizenship from the eligible countries. This means a person with dual citizenship etc was able to meet full requirements for participating in both regions. If there was a rule stating you must choose one region even if you meet requirements for both, it would make sense. However, if the rule doesn't exist and a player aims to qualify in both regions, they shouldn't be insulted because of their decision.
My point is, some arguments against invaders do make sense. However, if someone disagrees with current state of things, they should appeal to the people in power and ask for the change in the rules. Insulting people who obviously are not breaking the rules is not the way to go.

My main problem stems from Tournament Organizer's ambiguity. If they state Cats Tail is a Global tournament which just so happen to have Regional server. Then that is an equal playing field. I have no problems with that. Right now it is everyone's own head canon and interpretation of the rules. You say hey you can go play whatever server you want if you have the time. Tell me what happens when a season or 2 later we get banned for doing so? I am not going to risk my account worth 1000s of dollars over this so I play by the official rules. What "invader" are doing is a loophole in the rules and may or maynot be punished in the future. I been a competitive player in many games and very stubborn about rules. Make the stance clear and then I know whether it is worth my time to pursue or not.

honestly I don't think this iteration of HBM is the one that should be played regularly in the queue
because of how much is altered in the mode to the point that performance in HBM doesn't represent performance in main mode

They aren’t required to play in heated.
So you shaming them, scaring them, harassing them, bullying them, or whatever you want to call it — into playing in heated battle mode when the tournament wants standard battle mode tells us more about you than it does them.
