i was looking for a deck for you. something like mona/signora/tm deck here
you should familiarize yourself with the action cards first. the idea is to generate dice by 1) discounting gilded cost using yayoi when multiple characters have other cheap equips on like sand king/khva, 2) overriding artifact and get dice back with boar princess, 3) use lyresong to unequip an arti then equip gilded to get +1 dice

What decks you’re trying to counter with it
It’s good against all decks. And it’s always guaranteed to trade good value against your opponent. Especially in the meta where the space for decklist will be tight.
If you can get your opponent to waste one card its already worth. If you can get them to waste two, its good trade. Three, and you are very advantaged.

I think the idea that one copy of a card isn't consistent enough so you shouldn't run any is the wrong mindset. In the end having that one copy and knowing when you need to dig for it a bit to improve a matchup is better than not having it. It mostly depends on what card you're replacing for fortress

You could play Seahorse in that last slot if you wanted - there's no great synergy but it's not bad. Otherwise you can add a 3rd Hydro since Charlotte can apply plenty of Cryo
If you wanted to focus mostly on Neuv then probably a Hydro for more healing. You can go barbara or even like kokomi?

adding more rewards doesn't reduce the number of cheaters, and since the number of players in knockouts/top32 are a fixed number and not something that scales with the number of participants it's not going to help with combatting against alts whatsoever

they have literally never had the esports scene built in mind. If they did then there should be a ladder mode like in hearthstone that is part of the in-game ui
There isnt even a separate ui mode where people can do bans
Don't get me wrong they created a really good card game. It is easy to learn and get into. But until it is a separate client that is dedicated for it. It is just a joke to call it esports. The streams get less than 50 viewers. Hearthstone gets 20k viewers.
