@marsh fulcrum imo there are 5 deck types:aggro, tempo, midrange, control and combo. Aggros decks can threaten FTK and has high early game single target dpr. control stops your opponents plan with disruption. Midrange is like the inbetween of aggro and control with the main distinguishing factor that it has higher damage per round but still requires a little bit of set up. Combo are decks that do a lot of things in 1 turn, generally use cards like gamblers or paimon. Tempo, which is what I play, is a variation of aggro where you do the highest dpr, generally through 2-2.5 reactions per round.

I think what you think of as aggro is what I consider tempo. your tempo is what I consider midrange.

Cuz as you know, decks can reflect across the spectrum, a little bit of midrange, some tempo,but mostly aggro. What I categorize as aggro are decks that can FTK but also have high single target dpr. So a good example in 3.3 was the Yoimiya collei burn deck which can FTK with pyro reso or collei skill card. Putting your opponent on the back foot for misplaying
