Arlecchino's not bad, Mua's not bad, you can make plenty of other teams work too if they aren't countered by mechanics. Pulling a lunar team to meet shill would be nice, but also lunar shill is not going to last much longer.
You're better off pulling for supports that improve your current teams + whatever teams gets shilled. Currently, if you can't get both Nefer and Lauma I'd just skip both

but the faster you end fights, the less need for healing there is. Once you have fully built teams, you'll only need healing very occasionally. healers who need their bursts are fine then, also because you'll be able to give them enough Energy Recharge

so, flins is the newest and most meta char here. you can use older characters as well, just choose ones that are still useful

I've been using flins but he's only level 70 and I don't know what to.build onto him, I pair him with tartaglia, and i don't have anyone else built do i have venti and xinyan

flins is a rather special case here, since he only does big dmg when paired with electro and hydro units, maybe even some anemo supports like sucrose. electro and hydro characters from nodkrai enable lunar charge, a reaction that allows flins to deal small nukes per ult

to be direct, the ones i see still usable, being hu tao, raiden, navia, nahida, venti, childe, xinyan lyney and possibly jean

he needs the Night of the Sky's unveiling 4p set since it basically skyrockets his dps and is tailored to his and other lunar dps playstyle

he also needs
more crit rate and damage
ideally you want 60%+ cr and 230+ cd to give you great damage

if you've reached nodkrai
play thru the story and pair flins with Aino and fischl and sucrose
give sucrose viridescent venerer with full em mainstats and the thrilling tales of dragonslayers weapon [no need to level]

aino runs the silken moons serenade set and fischl would run the aubade set here
immediately you can take advantage of the other half of flins' kit and basically start steamrolling 90% of the game's overworld content

Regarding your issue... there are GTX1650 Mobile drivers for Linux directly from Nvidia, but probably you need to go to https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/ and download from there. Latest was from couple weeks ago.

Set some parameters back to default and test. Be aware results vary by linux compilations and no drivers will work on certain builds like ChromiumOS ones.

I've been running system updates pretty consistently, too, and I use EnvyControl to force my system to use the nVIDIA GPU.

Are you running Genshin on top of Linux? check your interpeter layer as well.
As a side note, you can legally play Genshin on Linux if you're on cloud, either GeForce NOW or Xbox Cloud. Other methods are discouraged to follow due unexpected behaviour.
