You have Bennett, Xiangling, then a hydro (usually Xingqiu)
and Sucrose as the final unit is free to obtain (there's the witch event), she should be a better 4th slot than all of them

maybe there's some angle to using Mona over Xingqiu there, if you don't have him
or if your 4th char is hexerei

but overall Mona is the best choice to get anyways
honorable mention to Jean, who can occasionally cheese content which gets easier with c1

Diluc / Qiqi / Keqing / Mizuki cons aren't really something I'd try to get
so I'd just get c0 randomly at some point, rather than select

Tighnari or Dehya c6 are ok, but it's far away and they make much better chars now

this abyss has a dps requirement of 50-60k dps - which is incredibly low. You can use characters from 2-3 years ago and be fine. Stygian (lvl 5) is harder, but you only get primogems at level 3. You can complete level 3-4 in coop with lvl 1 characters. IT is also easy as long as you have enough characters at lvl 70 (4 stars can be used)
Even if you want to clear stygian up to lvl 5 you can get 3-4 meta characters per year and be fine

Because I like Vape teams, but also would like to make alright Dendro team

If you're looking for strong teams, you're better off looking at specific characters and figuring out what archetypes they work best in, rather than looking at random reactions and trying to build a team around them.
Reactions aren't strong or weak by themselves, it depends on how well characters synergize with them
