Really the important takeaway is how I deal with the debuff, I preult on Xilonen, iframe it on Columbina (shes the only one I cant heal with 1 tick) and get rid of it on Ineffa and Navia through normal rotation

Also for navia shieldbreak since the shield is segmented you want to delay your E until you reach a fresh segment, it seems minor but can save a lot of time

I tried to match your investment as best as I could, went fav on bina although I think other options are better here, and NSU on navia even though I dont have a NSU set really (but im on WGS not melusine, dont have it leveled)

so this guarantee system is overall not very useful.

from what I understand about the artifact system - You will get HP number from flower, always, ATK number from feather, always. You will get 4 substats on a 5 star and a random enhancement of any random substat every four levels and you cannot have a substat if you have it as a main stat on the same artifact. but that's all

aquired rolls (blue circle) would change

so my Linnea flower would be the worst reroll target ever, it has low initial rolls (which stay) and high aquired rolls (which get randomized)

but rerolling is mainly about which stats the rolls go into. avoiding useless stats.
anything else takes way too many rerolls

I'd save up the reroll mats until you have an artifact that could've been perfect (9 total rolls and max number of useful substats)

if an artifact isn't that good, you might as well craft a new one rather than reroll it

what I personally do is:

• 2 possible useful substats are ideal crafting targets (especially Nefer, Zibai, Skirk, Linnea, Ineffa artifacts)
• 3 possible useful substats are ideal reroll targets, I farm until I have perfect candidates
• 4 possible useful substats I kinda farm to no end, they're very hard to get perfect

yeah no I was only asking about rerolling the feather because I was hoping to get a higher HP%. I'm farming for neuvi artifacts, but I also only have a certain amount of resin per day and i've run through mine again

there's not quite a replacement for Citlali but you just run Furina vape with that, or just run overload Mav, usually. alternatively cope with some other cryo options like Rosa/Escoff (should be significantly worse)
