so Liyue and Mondstadt are the least worth exploring

feather is by far your best yeah, the rest just doesn't have a lot of useful substats
when you're starting with 2 "dead" subs your chances of a piece rolling well are pretty low, and you really want to look for CRIT stats on pretty much every piece

your feather has one dead sub only (def%) and it didn't roll into it, so it's p solid overall

generally you want to count useful substat rolls rather than focus on only one stat

an ideal crit ratio is 1 : 2 after taking all buffs into account

so crit rate half of crit dmg, until it caps at 100% of course

an enka card is the way to tell if a build is good

ingame stats can't really tell you
