cr, cd, atk% all contribute to your damage

what usually matters the most is how many useful substats you have overall
crit will often be better than atk%, but not to the point that 1 roll of crit is better than 2 rolls of atk%
so whatever piece has the most useful substats wins out

after that, your next priority is balancing your crit ratio
cr : cd should be around 1:1, until cr caps at 100%
taking all buffs into account of course
(this means cr is better than cd when cd > 200%)

afaik, cryo resonance uptime can be a bit questionable when you have hydro on the team. the aura just goes away when you trigger freeze against a boss, as they can't be frozen
