ah. Tighnari is pretty good for a standard char

his team choices are rather specific, and he won't deal that much personal dps
he's mostly a spread dps

he wants teammates who can fit into short rotations, who don't take up too much field time
but still enough to where Tighnari isn't just staring at enemies during his downtime

Fischl is kinda ideal for him, but filling a full team with chars like that isn't easy

I wouldn't lean on Tighnari as one of your main teams long-term, but he can be useful now and then

it could Focus on Venti's damage and on-field him, but he's only hitting ~85k dps as of now? that's quite low compared to the ~130k dps of meta dps

you can check the change learderboard button, see if there's a board that fits your build better (for more realistic assumptions)

in terms of the actual build quality, I see:
flower: 6 substats
plume: 7 substats
sands: 6 substats (off-piece)
goblet: 5 substats (wrong mainstat)
circlet: 4 substats

I'm kinda skeptical, I guess most Ventis on akasha are build full EM which affects the % ranking

flower, goblet, circlet could be improved, but I'm not sure I'd farm for him until we know the kit for the next anemo dps
