Mualani teams, though he doesn't buff Mualani.
It's more that he enables Mona for her, but Sucrose might be equally viable? None of the pyro options really synergize with Mualani, so Durin is kind of a free include slot that enables Mona and has okay personal damage?

Xinyan is abit subpar, even she being C6 (sad, I love her JP VA).
Sayu C3+ is fine, but Yahoda usually takes her role nowadays.
Chongyun C6? fine, as long you can handle some classic permafrost/shatter teams.

Other charas? Yahoda supremacy, literally. Or anyone with whitchy trials on it (Mona, Razor, Fischl, Sucrose, Venti, Klee, Albedo)

funnily enough, 4pc Lavawalker is usable on Venti if you can maintain Pyro on the enemies

but sure that plan works

strongboxing for VV will probably be the most efficient still unless you're only focusing on optimizing Venti
