and yeah, Arle would be team 2. Just kinda awkward since Bennett is c0 and Arle prevents healing.
So if you ever get hit, you lose Bennett's buff until you burst on Arle?
And no shielder available

there's also Tighnari, who's kinda particular about the teammates he wants
he likes short rotations where the other chars take a decent amount of field time, but not too much

Fischl might be the only 4-star that really fits with him

Ah Ik cynos c1 helps with his damage, Ik Ayaka’s c1 isnt that good but her c2 is great, I don’t remember Tighnari’s c1, but I got lucky & got him to c6 with this. I’d probably not get any of the standards if you don’t use them bc a)on standard & b) you can get them with the yearly anniversary.

you're not ar45 yet, so the most I'd do is level some 4★ artifacts

instructor can still have some use later, the rest you'd fodder eventually. there are rewards for levelling the first few, in the book menu. so it's not a bad thing to do

Jahoda is 4p VV + 100 EM + heals

I have an issue with content where players can't change their gear for a long time (like theater).
Ideally, this would be changed to be more like Stygian Onslaught (where gear can still be changed after entering).

Players will often steal artifacts and weapons from other chars they're not using at the moment.
This becomes an issue later when the char that was stolen from doesn't have the right equipment anymore.

I suggest a "validate" button for the player to indicate "yes, this is a build I intend to use".
Then if any artifact gets stolen, a weapon gets swapped, etc, the build becomes unvalidated.
When the player tries to enter stygian / abyss / theater with an unvalidated build, there should be a warning.

in the meantime, I've started writing a tool based on Irminsul

In-game, Miliastra Wonderland is part of the game world, it's a core content (and it has its own lore), so, you can't remove core contents y'know.

If you manually remove the assets tied to Miliastra Wonderland, HoyoPlay launcher will trigger a forced download due the in-game resources being incomplete.

EM is at declining value for Flins pretty quickly, the gain is marginal, Ineffa contributes high damage and contributes to rLEC and atk circlet is simply too far behind

what team are you using her with? you're overcapping crit rate with that circlet. (she gets 30% from the artifact set, 10% crom Lauma, and 10% from Nahida c2 if you have that)

your plume is a god-piece, mine's not nearly as good despite also having 8 useful subs

your circlet could be good in theory with rerolling (9 total subs), but only if you can manage not to overcap crit rate with it

what's nice about your plume is the single CR roll, in case you're in danger of overcapping

so you generally just pair her up with a healer (teamwide healer is preferable) to gain her buffs faster
