after that you just need to have enough rerolls

well, if you don't care how the rolls are distributed within those 3 useful subs

some people will try to force crit rolls only
but that a (1/4)^5 = 1 / 1024 chance

so good luck with that

the guaranteed rolls are a bit of a pity system
afaik they only come into play if the artifact is at +12 and hasn't rolled the selected stats at all
or +16 and only once

so they give you at least 2 useful rolls, without increasing the chance for it to actually be good

if I hit the pity system, I'm likely to keep the old stats
or reroll again

it gives you a better pity after using 6 and 12 reroll mats, right?

it's top 12 within people optimizing for that, though

other than that i don’t think her artifacts are much of a priority ideally you would like more em for the dmg bonus from her being the non-nodkrai char but i don’t think it makes very much of a difference

51 cr on your nefer is an effective 91 cr so it’s not 100% but its not particularly low

the first crit ratio is slightly better on average, but it's close enough
if you want the consistency, you can go with the second

there's also the fact that not all of Nefer's damage gets the +10% CR and +20% CD from Lauma. It's only for Lunar Bloom.

Lunar bloom is the vast majority of Nefer's damage, but for all I know that could make the difference between +323.64% and +322%

for her burst, it'd be:
0.83 * +328% = +272.24%
0.92 * +302% = +277.84%

so the second crit ratio is slightly better on average for her other dmg (burst, and the initial charge attack hit which is negligible)

Dialog writing is the lore, how to present the story and the dialogue writing is the best suite of Genshin, I know most of the people are busy and they just want to skip ahead the story and the dialogue feels long but the delivery is what makes it good it makes you anticipate what would happen next. And moreover the overworld lore if you patiently do the world quest give your so much more back story of teyvet it genuinely sometimes feels like I'm in a Visual Novel.

ideally 9 total substats and 3 useful ones

you get a total of 5 upgrades
(+4, +8, +12, +16, +20)

with 2 useful substats, your chance to get a flawless piece (all rolls hitting a useful substat) is:

(2/4)^5 = 1/32

so on average you'd need to reroll it 32 times to get there

with 3 useful substats, the chance is:

(3/4)^5 ~= 24%

so having 3 useful subs makes a massive difference to your chances

you really want all three of [crit rate, crit dmg, elemental mastery] on your flower / plume to consider rerolling

they're also effectively the piece with the highest drop rate, since you're not looking for a specific main stat

but their 2nd electro options aren't that great. There's Lisa with ttds (def shred doesn't benefit Flins, though)

so they're the least likely piece to actually come with all the stats you want on them, as you only get to choose 2.

I'd strongbox until you have good flower + plume, then consider crafting whatever you're still missing
