if Furina didn't drain your hp, it would be complicated.
If you're not getting hit, you're not missing hp so you can't heal it up either. You'd have to deliberately take damage

but Furina's team hp drain means you just add a healer (preferably teamwide healing, or someone who does more than just heal

it feels pretty good how fast his hits come out, but still can't clear stygian with him

it sorts them by element for me, but the rest is done by hand

I consider Nefer, Mav, and to some degree Neuv to be my main carries (able to do stygian)

Tighnari, Navia, Raiden aren't usually able to do it. They're too outdated I think

that's why they're not in the first column

for stygian (fearless), you definitely need more recent carries

Arlecchino is your most viable one

ideally you get Chevreuse and build Fischl

Chev will help your Raiden as well, but likely not enough to clear difficulty 5 stygian

I don't like to switch it very often, so Escoffier is there for the free weekly cooking (her hold skill is similar to parametric transformer)
Nefer doesn't work on the team at all, but is there for the weekly intel gathering thing in nod-krai

Ayaka can work if you have Escoffier (very strong cryo support they made recently)
but you have skirk, so I'd go for that next

afaik, Mika's ER reqs are easier to fulfill

Charlotte can hold ttds to pass to Skirk
Mika's attack speed allows getting more hits in within Skirk's combo

but I can't tell you what those combos would look like, and if Mika does that at c0

maybe someone more experienced with skirk teams can fill that in
