Aino is the only one who can trigger a reaction there

it says:

lvl10 max atk bonus is 690
lvl13 max atk bonus is 810

so usually she builds atk% / atk% / atk% main stats with the goal of reaching 2556 atk if talent level 10

3000 if talent level 13 (that's with constellation 5)

Miko C1: energy restore for herself
Shenhe C1: spirit summoning can be used one more time.
Nilou C1: skill enhanced
Ayaya C1: chance of decreasing CD of her skill.

Ayaya best cons (personally) are the C4 and C6.
Shenhe: C1, C2 (both raises her uptime) and C4.
Nilou: C2 and C6. C2 works for Lunar-Bloom as well.
Miko, C2 and C6 are her bests.

so, Shenhe is the most safe bet.
