that kind of consideration will exist for Nefer sands/goblet/circlet, that can only have 2 useful subs. But Arle can do better

the sands is the same situation, 4-liner with 2 useful subs = 1/32 chance to roll perfectly
there's the chance of just getting better than you have (6 useful subs), but again it's the wrong set. I think rerolling glad pieces is sunk cost fallacy, you're investing further into something you should just use as is for now and strongbox her sig set long-term
