for what it's worth, I'm not sure that piece is worth rerolling
it has 2 useful substats and is a 3-liner
so re-rolling it is basically the same as crafting a new one

I'd need a circlet with less CR rolls

I could re-roll my plume to get 8 useful subs, but I fear it'll roll more into CR and make things difficult in the future

if I roll an EM sands, it's probably more narrow

since an average craft probably doesn't have 16.3% CR

I'm probably waiting for the first 10 days of stygian, I'll see if I get a good piece naturally

then I can still craft one at that time, and have plenty of time left to clear stygian if I need Nefer for it

it's kinda unfortunate, though. not being able to use her right away

because of the 1 craft per game version limit

I chose EM goblet as my craft since it's the lowest drop rate (2.5%)

but it's also the most crafting mats

what I'd probably recommend is:
don't use fragiles for char ascension, talents, etc
wait for the first 10 days of stygian onslaught
and use some fragiles on that

because stygian has better returns than a regular artifact domain, it's technically the best place to spend fragiles

honestly just aim for the highest number of total substats on your artifacts, then balance your crit ratio as your second priority
you want a 1:2 crit ratio, so crit rate around half of crit dmg
(if your crit dmg is over 200%, that means 100% crit rate)

Hi guys, i have been playing with mavuika a while but I don't do enough damage. i wanted to 3star the abyss and have seen video's where she deals a lot of damage but the best I can do is 130k max. How can i make her better?

I have a pyro goblet and i'm using obsidian codex.
My current team is: Mavuika, furina, bennet and kachina.

if you're doing 130k with her sig it probably means you're not melting, which indicates something is wrong with your rotation

from the calcs I've seen, it's slightly better than dawning frost r5 if you assume perfect widsith rng (50% uptime, EM buff only)

in some calcs I've seen, if you assume the average (em buff 1/3 of the time) then it's a tiny bit worse than blackmarrow r5

but others have it the same as blackmarrow r1

idk if that's the pessimistic case (no em buff ever)

one stygian attempt (2 minutes) should be 4 widsith triggers
so the chance to get all of them on EM would be (1/3)^4 = 1/27

one in 27 attempts is perfect like that
3/4 is more likely, 1/9 chance

yeah, both condensed and fragiles are basically extra storage
fragiles are best used on the first 10 days of stygian onslaught, I try to go in with 5x condensed and as many transient resin as possible

(transient resin is mainly from the teapot, you can claim 1 per week if your teapot level is high enough. it's the same as fragile resin, but expires after 1-2 weeks)

first 10 days of stygian should start soon, so I have 5x condensed resin in my inventory that I'll just sit on
since we can spend 40 resin on domain runs now, I just do that and keep my condensed

it used to be that you could only spend 20 on domain runs or 1 condensed, so we used condensed resin to cut down the number of runs needed

I basically focus on artifacts during that time and do all the other stuff outside the Disturbance Outbreak duration

I ascended Garou to 70 today, intending to increase my numbers for theater but forgot he's a starter char this time
now I gotta ascend Ninguang as well

but substats could still make the difference I think

the off-piece is somewhat unfortunate, quite CR heavy so you overcap 100% crit rate

you get +36% CR from the artifact set, so his crit ratio is currently 106.3 : 218.2

effectively the sands only gives you 6.9% CR and 7% CD

you'll want to crown his NA and maybe level skill and burst a little bit (they don't have the same damage contribution, but the first levels are cheap
