As long they have a Nod Krai moonwheel/vision, they're a Nod Krai character.

As a catch, Aino cannot cause Lunar reactions by herself. She has a vision (instead of a Moonwheel).

I think what matters most is having the moonsign + 1 passive

that enables the team to use the nk artifact sets

being able to trigger lunar reactions is ultimately just a question of what the char's kit is
only the "direct" version of the reaction (Flins/Ineffa/Nefer/Lauma) is relevant in the end
